PLASMA CUTTING

Plasma cutting is a process used to cut steel and other metals of different thicknesses, quickly and precisely. An inert gas is blown at high speeds then an electrical arc is created through and around that gas, forming plasma. The plasma is extremely hot and is able to cut the metal.

We provide plasma cutting services in-house for an additional cost. Please contact us for more information.

SHEARING

Metal sheering is a finishing process that removes unwanted material from sheet metal. Shearing is performed by slicing through a sheet of metal with a blade that is affixed to a machine.

Shearing can be performed at room temperature and does not require the metal to be heated in order to be cut. This process can be performed on a wide variety of metals including steel, bronze, aluminum, copper, and iron to name a few.

SAWING

Metal sawing is one of the fastest and least metal processing methods available. One benefit to sawing as opposed to shearing is that the sawing process doesn’t cause surface deformation. The material won’t be “stressed” so it prevents the material from bowing or deflecting.

BENDING

One of our many specialties includes custom metal bending for sheets and plates. Our expert team will form your products on time, accurately, and with minimal distortion.
